Square has launched their API integration with Ship&co for ‘Square Online Business’ solution in Japan, offering the solution to easier create the shipping label of domestic carriers inside the online shop. With this API integration, Square Online users are now able to create the shipping labels including Yamato transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post for the online shop's orders. Ship&co comes in to help them connect to major carriers in Japan!

Ship&co x Square Online

Ship&co Shipment API feature is integrated into the Square Online functions in order to enable the shipping label printing features for the Square order data. This shipping label printing feature is also available in the Square Online free plan, but user will have to get Ship&co account and subscribe to Ship&co paid plan after the free trial period ends. Ways to proceed this is simplest. After registering Ship&co account (and get started with 14-day free trial), you can easily create the API token in the Ship&co's settings (bottom) page to connect your Square Online with Ship&co. Then, just follow the few steps below.

  • Select 'Order (オーダー)' inside Square
  • Click icon '・・・' located next to the order you want to ship
  • Select 'See more details (詳細を見る)' from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose 'Action (アクション)' from the 'Order details (注文の詳細)'
  • Select ‘Print shipping label (送り状を作成)’ in the dropdown menu to access to shipping label printing page
  • Choose your preferred shipping options 'Create label (送り状の作成)'
  • Then, one click to PRINT !
