In the crisis of the worldwide COVID-19 outbreak, various restrictions have had a significant impact on the global supply chain and increased costs, In order to continue to provide services to customers in support of urgent relief supplies and global business logistics, from today 6th April 2020, a temporary surcharge is implemented for all FedEx Express and TNT international parcel and freight shipments.

・ From mainland China to the world: 110 JPY / kg
・ Within Asia: 110 JPY/ kg
・ All international small cargo and heavy cargo other than the above: 20 JPY / kg

* Within Asia: Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

* Regardless of the origin of the cargo, a minimum surcharge of 110 JPY per shipment for small cargo (*1) and 5,400 JPY per shipment for heavy cargo (*2).

(*1) Small Cargo within Asia: FedEx Envelope, FedEx Pack, FedEx International Priority (IP), FedEx International Economy (IE)-currently suspended in APAC regions, FedEx International First (IF), FedEx 10kg / 25kg Box, FedEx International Priority Direct Distribution (IPD), FedEx International Economy Direct Distribution (IED)
